От компании GPGroup потребовалась концентрация на проекте дополнительных трудовых ресурсов. В результате офис был сдан с соблюдением графика в намеченные сроки.

The core principle of Unilever's office design is a flexible approach to organizing employee workflows. This approach emphasizes creating multifunctional spaces for individual work, team collaboration, creative activities, meetings, and informal interactions. It requires a high level of mobility and standardization in the office infrastructure.

The challenge was to preserve the existing layout in different sections of the floors while aligning it with the new concept and planning solutions. Due to the pandemic, the number of remote workers increased, prompting the company to reduce the office space from 2.5 floors to 1.5 floors.
Our challenge was to refresh and revitalize the existing office while keeping the finishes in the open workspace largely unchanged. We added more team collaboration areas, including both open spaces (Collaboration Zones & Scrum Spaces) and enclosed meeting rooms, all within a defined budget. A key focus of the project was developing a cohesive concept for the meeting room walls, incorporating branded imagery and design elements.

We aimed to reflect the company’s openness, dedication, and energy, along with its flexible and organized approach to work. These qualities were expressed in the office design through a balanced approach to layout, furniture, and technology, as well as a thoughtful blend of stability and adaptability. We ensured the office spaces could transform as needed and crafted a design that embodies the company's values, evoking an emotional connection for both employees and visitors.
